Shipping policy

We deliver throughout mainland Great Britain.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Scottish Islands (some postcode restrictions may apply)
  • Overseas addresses

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Larger trees or bespoke orders may require additional preparation time.

During busy planting seasons (October–March), deliveries may take slightly longer.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered by trusted courier partners or specialist plant transport.

Large trees may be delivered using pallet or dedicated plant transport.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Size
  • Weight
  • Delivery postcode

Free delivery promotions will be clearly advertised where applicable.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your delivery immediately.

If there is any damage, notify us within 48 hours with photographs.

Weather Delays

Occasionally we may delay dispatch if extreme weather could affect the health of your plants. We believe it is better for your plants to arrive safely than to risk damage during transport.
