- All items are packed carefully to minimise damage during transit.
- All items are supplied true to the variety described.
- Our items comply with UK Plant Passport requirements where applicable.
If Your Plant Arrives Damaged
If your plant, shrub, or tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, provide:
- A replacement item
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
Living Products
The items supplied are living products and naturally vary throughout the year.
Depending on the season, your plant or tree, may arrive:
- Dormant during winter
- Without leaves
- Recently pruned
- With variations in height, shape or colour
These are normal characteristics and are not considered faults.
Aftercare
Once delivered, the item you purchased should be unpacked as soon as possible and cared for appropriately.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee plants, or trees that have been affected by:
- Drought or overwatering
- Frost or extreme weather
- Incorrect planting
- Poor soil conditions
- Pest or disease after delivery
- Animal damage
- Lack of aftercare
