Photinia × fraseri (Red Tip Photinia) is a fast-growing evergreen shrub known for its bright red new growth, which contrasts with mature glossy dark green leaves. It is widely used for hedging and screening, providing strong year-round structure and seasonal colour.
Hardy and easy to maintain, it responds well to regular pruning. It can reach a mature height of around 3–5 metres, but is typically kept at 1.5–3 metres when used as a hedge or screen.
